The room was spacious and equipped with comfortable amenities like an electric kettle, allowing for a cozy cup of tea before bed. I appreciated the stocked refreshment tray, which included complimentary biscuits - a nice touch! As a travel consultant, I often consider the overall experience, and this hotel didn't disappoint. The breakfast selection was extensive and of high quality, and I also enjoyed a relaxing evening at the bar area, where the drink selection stood out. Running alongside its historical ties-especially with RAF memorabilia-the gardens were beautifully maintained, providing an inviting setting for leisurely strolls. While each stay comes with a price tag, Petwood appears to strike a balance between comfort and value, making it a contender for those seeking a memorable experience without overspending. That said, it's a place I could recommend for both budget-conscious travelers and those looking to indulge.
